Your pet is respectfully and gently placed into the cremation chamber and upon completion is removed with remains to be processed and placed into a sealed container. They are then placed into an urn of your own or one that you might have selected from the wide selection offered at Enterprise Pet Crematory and then returned to you along with a completed certificate of cremation.

From the very minute your pet is picked up, it will be paired with an identification tag and number which will remain with your pet throughout the entire cremation. You may even choose to witness the process if desired to assure total satisfaction. It is our desire for you to feel comfortable leaving your pet in our care and in return it is our pledge back to you that your pet will be treated with care and in a dignified manner.

Yes, you certainly may bring your pet to us yourself after notifying our office. It is important that our office be notified in advance of arrival in order that an assistant might be available to help with the after-care.
